Trip to Fabtech in Chicago, IL

November 11, 2019

SME Waterloo Chapter 186 is providing FREE transportation for attending FABTECH Chicago with the funds raised from 16th Annual Golf Outing. FABTECH Chicago showcases 1700 exhibits this year with emphasis on metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing. Please feel free to join and network with the students, faculty and other industry professionals during this trip.

Participants have two steps for registration: RSVP - October 31, 2019

For SME Members only (Free & Optional): SME Member’s Day Registration (Location: SME Zone @ Lakeside Center, McCormick Place)

Agenda:

4:45 AM - Bus will arrive and start boarding

5:00 AM - Depart from John Deere Tractor & Engine Museum Parking lot

10:00 AM - Arrive at McCormick Place, Chicago

5:00 PM - Depart from McCormick Place, Chicago

10:00 PM - Arrive at John Deere Tractor and Engine Museum parking lot

Travel ETA is dependent on traffic

Cost:

Transportation is FREE. Donations are accepted and receipts will be provided

Please note:

Wear comfortable shoes as there will be lots of walking!
