SME Chapter 186's May meeting will be a tour of the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) Applied Engineering Building (formally the Industrial Technology Center) located on the University of Northern Iowa Campus in Cedar Falls Iowa.

SME Chapter 186 and the SME Student Chapter at the University of Northern Iowa will be hosting an exclusive tour of the Applied Engineering Building (AEB) which is the result of a major renovation and update of the former Industrial Technology Center (ITC). Discover the innovative building design centered around collaborative and interactive labs and classrooms, showcasing the future of engineering education. This is a unique opportunity to explore one of the most advanced educational facilities focused on fostering teamwork and hands-on learning. Don't miss out on this insightful journey through a space that bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
