Current state of the industry stance on skills gaps, limited employment pool, workforce trends, succession planning and preparing for the future.
Solutions with corporations ranging from 10 to 10,000 employees to strengthen their workforce.
Programs with educational institutions as well as local, state and national grant programs to support manufacturing knowledge and to improve the knowledge and credentials of future manufacturers.
Alignment of Tooling U-SME content to national credentials, industry certifications and mapping to individual or state curriculum requirements.
Tooling U-SME programs with the DOD and government agencies to help support veterans learning and training programs.
Specific Tooling U–SME solutions such as – consultative services, instructional design services, outcome assessments, on-line training, Instructor-Lead Training, digital books and video’s through Knowledge Edge and certifications.
