Tour: Target Food Distribution Center
Location: Target Distribution Center, 2115 Technology Parkway, Cedar Falls, IA 50613
Date: Monday, February 25, 2019
Tour Details:
This tour will comprise of visiting frozen foods, refrigerated foods and fresh produce warehoused at the Target Cold storage section. This 400,000 square-foot center receives and ships perishables for Target stores in a nine-state region.
Note: Attendees should come to the building prepared with jackets, close toed and heeled shoes, and gloves.
Parking Information:
You will be going to 2115 Technology Parkway, Cedar Falls, IA 50613. There will be a gate that you will need to get opened for you. To do this, please push and hold the red button on the call box and tell our security team that you are here for a tour. Please park on the South side of the parking lot. This will be the side with the most cars parked on it. There will only be one door to enter. Your tour guides will be there to let you into the front door as it is locked down.

5:00 pm - 5:15 pm: Check-in/Safety training
5:15 pm - 6:15 pm: Tour of TARGET Cold Storage facility
6:15 pm - 6:30 pm: Transition to Dinner
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Dinner at Pizza Ranch, 4302 University Ave, Cedar Falls, IA 50613

Members – $20
Retirees – $10
Students – $10
Non-Members – $25
(Attending only the tour is free.)
